• Recurring plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access until resolved.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are not guaranteed for content already consumed in significant part.
• We may request feedback to improve course quality.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

4. Content and IP

All materials are for personal learning. Do not redistribute or resell without permission.

• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content.
• Recording, downloading, or sharing locked content is prohibited.
• Trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of Hillcrest Meditation Academy.

• We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service.
• Use of the service is at your own risk; content is provided “as is.”
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
